(Q2)  PLS INSERT T&C, PRIVACY, REFUND POLICIES IN THE WEBSITE

1.     Customers book online for Badminton, Futsal, Netball or Table Tennis

2.     Full payment is required upon booking acceptance

3.      Maximum booking duration :  3 hours

4.     A confirmation email is sent to the customer. 

5.     Customer will need to bring the confirmation email to redeem their booking at Arena Sukan counter before play

6.     Change of play date: 

-        Only one change per booking is permitted at least 24 hours before play time.

-         Additional court charges, if any, apply. 

-        No refund if the change is to a lesser court rate amount.

-        Not permitted to change to another game type

1.     No refund for any cancellation or no show

Privacy

1.     All customers details are kept private and confidential and will not be used for any promotional activities.

 

(Q3) PLEASE PROVIDE THE ORDER AND PAYMENT FLOW FOR THE REVIEW

Step 1: Customer click BOOK NOW from the website (arenasukan.com.my). Step 2: Customer search the availability of the court. Step 3: Customer click the preferred court based on the availability results shown. Step 4: Customer enter the customer information (name, phone number, email). Step 5: Customer make payment for the court booked. Step 6: Once the payment is successfully paid, system will show SUCCESS status. Step 7: Customer will receive the confirmation via the email.

 

(Q4)  THE MERCHANT IS OFFERING VENUE RENTAL AND COACHING. FOR VENUE RENTAL, HOW LONG CAN CARDHOLDER BOOK A BADMINTON COURT ETC IN ADVANCED

Customer can book maximum up to 3 months in advance.

 

(Q5)  FOR COACHING, ANY PACKAGES? THE DURATION? PREPAYMENT? WHAT IS THE BREAKDOWN PERCENTAGE CONTRIBUTED TO PROJECTED TURNOVER? PLS PROVIDE PACKAGE DETAILED INFORMATION.

1.     We do not have coaching packages.

2.     Coaching is on a normal monthly basis.

3.     Coaching fees are payable in full at the beginning of each month.

 

(Q6) ANOTHER ENTITY “LEVEL UP FITNESS” IS FOUND IN THE WEBSITE AND ITS CENTRE IS ALSO ATTACHED TO THE MERCHANT’S TRADING ADDRESS BUT IN A DIFFERENT FLOOR. WE ARE GOING TO TRANSACT ANY PAYMENT FOR “LEVEL UP FITNESS”? HOW CAN THE MERCHANT AVOID USING OUR TERMINALS TO PROCESS PAYMENT FOR LEVEL UP FITNESS?

Level Up Fitness was our tenant at Arena Sukan until the expiry of our Tenancy Agreement.  They have vacated our premises since January 2022.
